Celebrating 50

Spread the message

Today I turn 50.
It may be just a number but when I look back it seems like hell of a lot. A half century.
From anxious 20s when I was quick to pick fight for false honour and pride to a confused thirties when I started a family life.
Then 40s was new 30s. When you take stalk of life and measure what you have lost or achieved.
But 50 is different. It is more justified. With spec on nose and round tummy I for sure look more mature and wise. Though my son thinks otherwise.
But it is still better than 60 or 70 san sense of smell or taste or teeth.
I can not change arithmetic or stop time. Nor do I wish to. But happy that it will come only once in my life.
Thank you all for being part of this journey and for your wishes.
At 50, glass is neither half full or nor half empty but it is age when we stop caring about it.

Cheers to life.

God bless you all.
