It constitutes situations where workers, employers and other people are threatened, bullied, attacked or assaulted at work. Any form of violence and harassment challenges the safety, health and well-being of all persons and can bring physical and mental harm.&nbsp;Providing a safe and healthy working environment is not only a national requirement,&nbsp;<strong>it is now a fundamental principle and right at work<\/strong>. Recent incidents at airports, onboard at aircraft or at landside has raised serious concern of violence and aggression for aviation workers and passengers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><br><strong>YOUR PARTICIPATION IS IMPORTANT<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Surveys are important for collecting\/gathering valuable insights into opinion, behaviours and experiences of target population. Survey provide structured way to collect data from large number of individuals, enabling researchers to identify trends, test hypothesis and make informed decisions.
